Nick Hiley
Hiley was founded on the belief that property ownership is achievable for anyone willing to work for it. Nick bought his first property at just 20, and quickly realised he could have done far better with more knowledge.
While working in the gas industry, his passion for property kept growing — leading him to complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property, then transition into the industry full-time as a Development Manager overseeing acquisition, management and development of commercial projects across Australia.
That combination of personal, professional and academic knowledge underpins the strategic advice Nick provides every client — the Hiley difference. A passionate advocate for the Gold Coast's lifestyle and long-term growth, Nick pairs high-level strategic thinking with a grounded belief that great outcomes come from careful planning, strong negotiation and genuine dedication.
